Important Info:

Your Student needs to meet us at Glenwood at 8:30am both Tuesday, and Wednesday (6-19 and 6-20) We will work from 9:00am to 12:00pm End with lunch here at Glenwood and be done for the day. You can pick up your student about 1pm Both Tuesday and Wednesday.

We will be painting the inside of a house for PATH tomorrow so students will need to wear clothes they can get dirty. Wednesday we will be working at the salvation army in their thrift store sorting and organizing clothes. Students can wear a little nicer work clothes (not too nice).

Thursday is our fun day. We will be headed to the Villages Water Park from 12pm to 4pm. Students will need to meet at Glenwood no later than 11:30am. Please eat lunch before you come. We should be back at Glenwood about 4:30 pm.

What Is MSME

Middle school mission effort is two days of community service in Tyler. Helping those who cant help them selves is one of our foundational acts as Christians. Being the hands and feet of God at a young age will be great to build discipleship and help them bond as a youth group.

What to Expect

Working hard and in and outside for moderate periods of time. Sacrificing our time and energy to help others. Bring work gloves if you have them. There will be water provided. Bring sack lunch first two days.

Who Can Go?

This event is targeted towards middle schoolers, which include student who are going into 6th grade through the 9th grade. There will be multiple adult-supervision.

How Much Does It Cost?
